Key Responsibilities:

• Counseling and Support: Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with social, emotional, or behavioral issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement strategies that support student success.
• Crisis Intervention: Respond to urgent situations and provide immediate support to students in distress.
• Program Development: Help create and oversee programs and initiatives that promote positive mental health and well-being within the school.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Must hold a valid State School Social Worker Licensure.
• Education: A Masters Degree in Social Work is required.
