ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI for the upcoming school year. This full-time position involves working with middle to high school students, providing essential social and emotional support to help them thrive academically and personally.

• Provide individual and group counseling to students.
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to support student well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to address student needs.
• Conduct assessments and create individualized plans to support student development.
• Facilitate communication between school, family, and community resources.
• Advocate for students' needs and support their academic and social-emotional growth.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans.

• Must hold a valid social work license in the state of Michigan.
• Experience working with middle and high school students is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
