The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible managing the company’s accounts receivable and other accounting or finance activities.

Description:

• Daily check deposits

• Posting payments to customer accounts

• Processing payments upon direction by accounts

• Working with accounts to reconcile balances

• Collaborate with other various departments in customer service, sales, production, and shipping to resolve accounting situations with accounts

• Communicate with accounts on past due balances, payment issues and other accounting topics

• Collaborate with bank on deposits and other accounts receivable topics

• Other AR activities such as billing, applying credits, running and maintaining reports, and basic reconciliations

Qualifications: 

• A minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience

• Comfortability in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word)

• This position requires a strong attention to detail

• You should possess ability to uphold strict confidentiality

• Enjoys working numbers and varying degrees of complexity

• Strong multi-tasking capabilities

• College degree not required
