#212306 - End User Support Specialist (IT Support Specialist)
Rate: $33.65/hr (DOE)
Duration: 12+ months (extendable, potential to go direct)
Locations: San Luis Obispo, CA (100% onsite)
Schedule: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM/9:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexible depending on customer).
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoots moderately complex delivery systems or network issues and escalates problem as appropriate. Assists with basic computing delivery systems configuration management. Performs basic end-user training. Regular and predictable attendance is required.
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience supporting software development environment
- 2+ years' experience in Linux application
- 2+ years' experience in Windows Active Directory Management
- 2+ years' experience in Windows Updates
- 2+ years' experience in Microsoft Windows Environment
- 2+ years' experience in Microsoft Windows
- 2+ years' experience in Linux
EDUCATION:
Minimum level of education required is a High School Diploma.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
