** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
** CPA or CPP certification preferred.
** 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or director-level role overseeing the work of in house or outsourced teams.
** Extensive knowledge of payroll systems, tax laws, and employment regulations.
**Proven experience with payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday).
**Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
