$20.76/Hour
Shift Details: 10:45AM - 7:30PM
DESCRIPTION:
The primary function is to manage the I-Buy set up process within Oracle.
Maintain Wholesaler Acquisition Cost within Oracle. Secondary functions include; monitoring and processing sales that come into the i-Hold queue, support customer registry in customer setup with identification of the correct class of trade and supporting the quarterly PHS and DSH audits.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
I-Buy
Allocation threshold changes, product adds or deletes
Maintaining GP attributes in Oracle
WAC and List price changes in Oracle
PHS Quarterly audits and PHS eligibility
Processing of COT inquiries
Maintaining GP attributes in Model N
Monitor the Contract Systems Mailbox for requests
Work on special projects as they arise
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
Specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations areas
Education and Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Minimum 3 of years of experience required. 8 years of experience preferred.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time; depending on the machine they are operating
Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time #ZR
