Responsibilities: Develop analytical algorithms and data mining tactics to enhance customer acquisition, product upgrades/cross-sells, and fortify retention strategies. Shape compelling client or product profile analyses. Influence marketing campaigns with solid data-driven strategies, optimizing sales and marketing activities across platforms. Set off analytical fireworks on digital marketing metrics like website traffic, emails, etc. Empower fellow data analysts through mentorship, helping to analyze and report project results effectively. Support daily marketing activities through your expertise in test designs, sample sizes, confidence intervals, and ad hoc analyses and requests. Innovate new reporting tools, intuitive dashboards using automated programming. Develop and maintain statistical models for predicting potential customers, assess the possibility of insurers to lapse coverage, and segment existing and potential customer pool for targeted marketing campaigns.Possess an undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, MIS, or related field. Command a robust proficiency in applying basic statistics. Experience in Microsoft Suite Products. Reflect high attention to detail. Display high level of motivation with astute ability to prioritize. Communicate effectively with impeccable written and oral skills. Showcase proficiency in multivariate data analysis, modeling techniques and basic statistics. Validate proficiency in SAS /R/Python, GA4, SQL, Excel. If you have exposure to Power BI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience with multi-touch attribution, that’s a major plus.
