As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a key player responsible for executing HR initiatives aimed at creating a positive impact on our employees and overall business outcomes. This dynamic, results-driven professional will be responsible for planning and coordinating with various HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute programs related to talent acquisition, culture transformation, inclusion, diversity and equity (ID& E), performance management, leadership development, employee relations, compensation, and organizational effectiveness. Reporting directly to a senior HR director, you will provide hands-on tactical support to various departments including Field Sales, IT, Medical Affairs, and Marketing. As the go-to person for day-to-day inquiries regarding HR, you'll also prepare leaders for key discussions and HR deliveries.
Our work model does require your physical presence at our Northridge, California location for three days each week. This onsite involvement is necessary for encouraging collaboration and maintaining a connection with our team and work environment.
