Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of passionate professionals. As a BCBA in our school, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing support to students with special needs, and collaborating with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs.
2. Design and implement individualized behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior changes.
3. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to ensure consistency and continuity in behavior management across all settings.
4. Provide training and support to teachers and staff on evidence-based behavior management techniques.
5. Monitor and analyze data on student progress to make data-driven decisions and modify intervention plans as needed.
6. Conduct workshops and training sessions for parents and caregivers to support the extension of behavior strategies at home.
7. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise in the development of appropriate academic and behavioral goals.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to student assessments, progress, and interventions.

Requirements:

1. Possess a valid and current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
2. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
3. Previous experience working as a BCBA in a school or educational setting preferred.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans effectively.
5. Strong interpersonal and munication skills to collaborate with staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
6. Knowledge of various assessment tools and data collection methods used in ABA therapy.
7. Familiarity with special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
8. Ability to adapt and respond to the unique needs of individual students.
