Soliant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced School Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Mokena, IL area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior plans for students
• Train and supervise staff and teachers on implementing behavior plans and strategies
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior plans and adjust as needed
• Collaborate with school staff and families to promote positive behavior supports and interventions
• Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress and behavior goals

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities in a school setting
• Knowledge of behavior principles and strategies, and experience implementing behavior plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families
