Soliant is working with a school in Andover, MA, and is seeking a contract BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) for the uping school year.

Details of the position below:

• Implement an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, behavioral disorders, or developmental delays
• Evaluate and determine education goals, or develop Behavior Intervention Plans for students in need of behavior support
• Ensure that intervention plans are effective and safe
• Maintain pliance with State or District guidelines in areas such as implementation of the ABA program, documentation, and due process
• Consult with staff and parents on behavior intervention strategies in the classroom and at home
• Supervise Special Education staff, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Aides

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
