We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Healthcare/NHS industry, located in Houston, Texas. The role involves working in a high volume call center/customer service environment, and it requires a strong attention to detail and clear and effective communication skills. This position will also offer the flexibility of a hybrid/remote working arrangement.
Responsibilities:
• Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily, ensuring fast response times
• Providing exceptional customer service to all clients
• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Keeping precise customer credit records
• Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary
• Managing data entry tasks and maintaining the accuracy of information
• Handling email correspondence with clients in a timely and professional manner
• Scheduling appointments for customers as needed
• Ensuring the reliability of the service provided in this hybrid/remote role.• Possession of excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Proficient in data entry and order entry tasks
• Able to correspond effectively via email with customers and team members
• Capability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
• Open to individuals with no prior work experience
