We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Garland, Texas. This role involves handling customer service inquiries and collaborating with internal teams to provide a superior customer experience. The position focuses on vehicle rental operations and is a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Handle daily customer service inquiries through phone and text communication
• Coordinate and manage incoming customer reservation requests for vehicle rentals
• Check-in and check-out rental vehicles on-site
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor and report on fleet vehicle data, including mileage tracking
• Facilitate third-party vehicle maintenance and accident repairs
• Manage and delegate after-hours customer requests as required
• Work with the HQ Team for incident/accident management
• Navigate customer service requests efficiently and effectively
• Maintain an 'on-call' basis for handling and delegating after-hours customer requests.• Proficient in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role
• Familiarity with managing inbound and outbound calls
• Strong understanding of customer success principles
• Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Familiarity with fleet vehicles and their maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use customer service software and databases
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure
• High level of professionalism and a positive attitude towards customers.
