As a Senior Debt Advisor on our dynamic sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families achieve financial freedom. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, becoming a trusted expert, and guiding them through our debt relief program.

This position offers a non-exempt hourly wage coupled with performance-based commissions. The base pay is $16.00 per hour with uncapped commission potential. On average, our Sales Representatives earn between $8k-$45k per month, while top performers regularly achieve earnings of $25k-$50k monthly.

This role is office-based in Costa Mesa, CA. Candidates must be willing to commute to the office Monday through Friday. Weekend shifts are optional after the completion of training.
