Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to leads.
Develop and manage relationships with clients in assigned territories.
Build strong client connections through effective communication.
Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, track account activities, and keep client information current.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Engage in telemarketing campaigns to boost sales.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully.
Respond promptly to orders, quotes, and inquiries.
Monitor and update the status of open orders.
Efficiently handle product returns.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
Strong communication and account management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets.
Knowledge of the lighting industry is a plus but not required.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8-hour shift
Open from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $19-$22
Commission opportunities
Performance-based raises
Bonus opportunities

B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Phone sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
