We are seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team at NorCal Individual Care! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will become part of a value-driven organization. Responsibilities:

• Receive and process requests for service quotes, information, billing inquiries and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate service delivery with operations teams
• Provide support to Sales & Customer Success Teams teams
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services
• Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

​Qualifications:

• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of service information
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms 
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
