Overview
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in network infrastructure and be passionate about implementing and maintaining secure, efficient networks to align with our client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and Implementing Network Solutions:
• Creating network architecture.
• Selecting suitable hardware and software.
• Attend meetings for technical insight
• Planning for redundancy to avoid single points of failure.
• Installing and Configuring Network Equipment:
• Programming firewalls and implementing local and wide area networks.
• Installing servers to set up local domains and support client applications.
• Configuring Wi-Fi networks.
• Backing up solutions for server.
• Maintaining Network Performance:
• Monitoring network systems to improve performance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues.
• Implementing disaster recovery procedures.
• Ensuring Network Security:
• Maintaining data security systems to protect communications and company standards.
• Staying updated with security and networking best practices.
• Supporting Business Operations:
• Coordinating with company leadership to identify network needs.
• Providing assistance to employees on network usage.
• Providing Tier 3 support to internal staff and clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in network hardware and software, understanding of network protocols, and experience with firewalls and servers.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members and provide support.
• Continuous Learning: Keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in networking.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR an Associate's degree with related experience
- Proven experience working as a Network Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting WiFi, firewalls and switches
- Experience in email migration
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services
- Knowledge of scripting languages for automation tasks
- Understanding of high availability concepts in networking
- Certification such as CCNA , CCNP or CompTIA is a plus
