We are in search of an Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team in Marina Del Rey, California. This role will be centered around architecting Microsoft Windows server and Active Directory environments, designing Azure IaaS and Azure Networking solutions, and leading complex infrastructure projects. Our Azure Cloud Engineer will also be tasked with building templates for IaC, Automation, Terraform, writing scripts for PowerShell and Python, and managing Kubernetes environments.
Responsibilities:
• Architect and maintain Microsoft Windows server and Active Directory environments, ensuring optimal operation and security.
• Design and implement Azure IaaS and Azure Networking solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and adhere to industry standards.
• Lead complex infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement templates for IaC, Automation, Terraform, contributing to the efficiency and consistency of our infrastructure.
• Write purpose-built scripts for PowerShell and Python to automate tasks and improve system performance.
• Build and administer Kubernetes environments, ensuring they are stable, secure, and scalable.
• Provide Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting complex issues and providing solutions to ensure system uptime.
• Utilize skills in Amazon EC2, Ansible, Atlassian Jira, Auto Scaling, AWS Technologies, API Development, Automation, Backup Technologies, Cluster Analysis, PowerShell, Disaster Recovery, Information - Network Security, Infrastructure Management, Infrastructure Planning, IT Security, Server Management - Administration, System Implementation, Virtualization, and Vulnerability Assessments - Audits.• Proficient in Amazon EC2, Ansible, Atlassian Jira, Auto Scaling, and AWS Technologies
• Experience in API Development and Automation
• Knowledgeable in Backup Technologies, Cluster Analysis, and PowerShell
• Skilled in Disaster Recovery and Information Network Security
• Familiarity with Infrastructure Management and Infrastructure Planning
• Competent in IT Security and Server Management Administration
• Experience in System Implementation and Virtualization
• Ability to perform Vulnerability Assessments and Audits
• Must have strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Must have strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
