Work model:

  • On-Site

What you will do:  

  • Assist with entering journal entries into the general ledger
  • Match invoices to packing slips and coding to the correct accounts
  • Run credit cards for customer payments
  • Enter payables in manufacturing ERP system
  • Process credit applications per customer request
  • Manage and maintain online accounts
  • Adjust inventory for month/ and year-end
  • Processing cash receipts, deposits, and checks

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field +2 years equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Strong communication skills
