Responsibilities:
- Assist department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
- Meeting and greeting new hires and taking them to their class in the first week of employment.
- Assist as need the preparation, processing and maintaining post-employment-offer paperwork including I-9 verification using the E-verification system.
- Assist as needed with post-employment drug screening, background screening, as well as post-accident and random program.
- Assist with the preparation of employment forms and information and maintain on the Corporate Intranet system for use by managers and employees.
Qualifications:
- Organization and administration skills
- Experience handling confidential information Class monitor/proctoring skills
- Tracking and monitoring data
- Professional communication
- Microsoft Office Skills – Excel and Outlook
Position will be 100% in-office. Monday – Friday schedule. Hours - 32-40 each week.
