Human Resources Assistant
Duties:
· Assist in the processing time clock punches and help resolve payroll issues and errors
· Assist in planning company events and planning teambuilding activities
· Coordinate employment interviews
· Help maintain employee records along with accurate time and PTO records
· Complete employee verification forms
· Assist in the establishment and enforcement of firm guidelines
· Assist with new hire orientations
· Perform other duties as assigned by HR Manager
Requirements:
· A minimum of one (1-2) years Human Resources experience
· Must possess EXCEPTIONAL communication and customer service skills
· Ability to solve problems and with strong attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Must be extremely comfortable & skilled in using technology and automation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
