Your new role:

At American Waste Systems Inc., your day as a Controller is pivotal to our mission of delivering exceptional waste management services. You'll oversee financial operations, ensuring our cash flow and accounting practices are robust. You engage directly with ownership daily, offering unsolicited guidance and ensuring responsiveness to management needs.

• Your role encompasses various administrative tasks - from accounting and payroll to legal and HR responsibilities - ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Your insight will drive forecasting, cost analysis, and the strategic direction of our financial practices, making you a cornerstone of our business's success.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven expertise in cash flow management and a successful track record as a Controller, preferably in a small business setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to complete tasks autonomously and timely.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of offering unsolicited guidance to ownership and management.
• A broad base of experience, demonstrating versatility and self-sufficiency in handling comprehensive administrative duties.
