Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time position on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician at FantAutistic Skills Training in Coalinga, CA. The RBT will be responsible for implementing ABA programs and providing direct one-on-one therapy to clients directed by the BCBA. Daily tasks include collecting data, implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with caregivers, supervisors, and the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in ABA for at least 6 months (preferred)
- Background in Psychology (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)
- High School Diploma (mandatory)
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

As part of our *FantAutistic* mindset, we aim to collaborate with all providers in any given field. In fact, the COO is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who ensures efficient medication management, psychiatric support, and family therapy are provided among other functions of psychiatric care. We aim to have an interdisciplinary team filled with physical therapist, occupational therapists, psychologists, speech language pathologists, and the like to facilitate specialized therapy for each client's needs.
