Remote role of Manager Vendor Outsourcing

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Manager for Vendor Outsourcing to support pre-clinical and clinical sourcing for global Phase I-IV clinical trials and other key projects. The role focuses on clinical operations, specialty labs, and functional services, with responsibilities including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and contract lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor sourcing and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (clinical operations, legal, finance) to support contract terms.
• Assist in RFI, RFP processes, vendor selection, and change order management.
• Ensure contracts are properly documented and closed out.

Qualifications:

• Has 5+ years of experience within Vendor Outsourcing
• Pharamceutical/Biotech or other regulated background
• Working within Clinical Operations
• Strong knowledge of contracting frameworks and legal terms.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Pay range:

$65/hr. - $70/hr.

Work Schedule:

100% remote role/Hybrid in Foster City, CA
