The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health and stability of the company by overseeing the management of receivables. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely invoicing, efficient collection processes, and proactive risk management to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager of Accounts Receivables in overseeing the entire accounts receivable process.
• Ensure timely billing, manage collections, post payments and maintain accurate records.
• Reconcile accounts receivable accounts.
• Work closely with other departments to implement processes that ensure best practices in billing and collections.
• Prepare detailed reports regarding collections and accounts receivable status for upper management.
• Build a culture of accountability and process improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
• Prior experience in a high pace growth environment
• Proven record of employee management, including coaching and development
• Strong understanding of billing, collections, and cash applications
• High proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
