Who Are We Looking For?

• Are you an undergraduate or recent graduate with a degree in accounting?
• Are you fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping?
• Do you have at least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, especially within the healthcare industry?
• Are you a QuickBooks Online pro with a knack for Microsoft Excel?
• Are you ready to collaborate with a team while also working independently?
• Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy problem-solving?

What You’ll Do:

• Handle accounts and incoming payments in QuickBooks, ensuring all financial policies are followed.
• Manage accounting databases, complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, and help ensure financial deadlines are met.
• Proactively address any discrepancies and collaborate with management to solve financial issues.
• Process invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers, while keeping receivables up to date.
• Play a key role in year-end reporting and audits, helping to prepare crucial data for our CPA firm.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive financial information and assist with special projects that help us grow even more.
