Competitive Compensation Offered!

• $40,000 - 45,000/yr (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
• Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws
• Constantly update job knowledge

Qualifications:

• Proven accounting experience with Accounts Receivables & Payables
• General administrative/clerk and accounting knowledge
• Aptitude for numbers
• Able to help with AR & AP, and financial transactions
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office, accounting software, and databases
• Good customer service, and professional attitude
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Willing to go the extra mile 
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
