*Bar Manager Needed*

Responsibilities include:

*Monitoring inventory levels of all beverages, ordering necessary supplies, coordinating deliveries.

*Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising bar staff to provide superb service. Adequately scheduling staff members per event.

*Providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area and ensuring drinks are prepared according to recipes.

Ensuring profitability by minimizing waste, managing expenses, and controlling costs

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to alcohol service.

Skills, Requirements, & Qualifications: - Strong leadership and team management skills - A desire to work in the fast-paced environment

Valid NC driver's license - Ability and flexibility to work when needed. Previous hospitality, bartending, and administrative work is required. Ability to lift 40+ pounds
