We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of our bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of bar management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise bar staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement bar promotions and special events to drive sales
- Monitor and maintain quality control of all beverages served
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment for all staff members

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in bar management
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
