We are seeking a Bar Manager who shares our views and with the mindset of continuing growth

Bar Manager Expectations:

• Focused on performance, productivity, and teamwork for the entirety of the shift, start to finish

• Is truly passionate about floor presence, engaging with guests, and excited about consistently exceeding their expectations.

• recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise bar staff (bartenders, and barbacks)

• Demonstrate exemplary leadership to lead and motivate the bar staff, fostering productivity and organization.

• Knowledge of beverages on the menu, including characteristics of wine, liquor brands, beer, designated glassware, terminology, and garnishes.

• Oversee, maintain and manage beverage quality

• Maintain inventory, track customer behavior and sales, and monitor costs to ensure budget adherence.

• Develop and maintain relationships with beverage suppliers and distributors to negotiate favorable pricing, source quality products, and stay informed about industry trends and new offerings.

• Partner with other management to ensure a positive and collaborative environment when leading by example

• Recognizes the significance of holding people accountable, while maintaining a constructive workplace atmosphere that fosters teamwork, transparent communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
