Our client, a leading innovator in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Process Technician to join their dynamic team. OPENINGS ON ALL SHIFTS

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and oversee machine processes, making necessary adjustments for optimal efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze all aspects of injection molding processes, ensuring smooth operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process problems, addressing any non-conformity issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the Molding Process Engineer in the setup and startup of new tools and resins for trial.
• Follow safety protocols, adhere to quality standards, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, reporting any equipment malfunctions to the Process Team Leader.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three years of injection molding experience, with a strong background in processing plastics and setting tools.
• Knowledge of automation systems and controls.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficient in performing work below the knees and above the shoulders on an occasional basis.
• Good vision at a close distance is required, and the ability to climb stairs is necessary.

Preferences:

• Coursework related to injection molding.
• Experience with crane operation, robotics, and injection molding machines.
