• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to organize files and manage data entry tasks.
• Provide administrative assistance to staff and faculty, ensuring seamless operations within the university.
• Handle customer service responsibilities, addressing issues and queries promptly and professionally.
• Leverage strong interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with students, faculty, and visitors.
• Ensure the front desk area is always neat and welcoming, reflecting the university's commitment to excellence.
• Stay proactive in maintaining accurate records and processing applications as required.
