Our Human Resources Department has a career opportunity for an HR Representative at our Wilmington, Delaware location.

Work Schedule

This position regular day shift M-F work schedule is at Wilmington, DE location and 1-2 days a week in Philadelphia, PA.

After satisfactory completing the orientation HR Representative training session, the incumbent may work two (2) days Tue & Thu remote.

Some responsibilities of this position:

• Assist with the overall recruitment efforts; appx 50%+ recruiting.
• Provide support to the HR Manager in the areas of employee relations, unemployment compensation, compliance, credential, and training.
• Maintain personnel files and HR Records; appx 20% of weekly schedule.

Job Qualifications:

• B.A. Degree in Personnel, Business or Public Administration or a closely related field preferred and at least 2 years of relevant experience in employment processes; or any combination of experience, education or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and be available for regional travel.
• Knowledge of and/or ability to learn employment laws and regulations.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work with changing priorities, people, rules and program needs.

Scope:

• Required sitting for long periods of time.
• Frequent talking and listening.
• Light lifting and/or carrying, not to exceed 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including some evening and or weekend hours.
