K-5 School Social Worker

ProCare Therapy is currently looking for a dedicated and talented School Social Worker to join one of our trusted school districts in beautiful Canton, Michigan.This position involves working closely with students, families, teachers, and other support staff to develop and implement strategies that promote positive social interactions, emotional well-being, and academic success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children with autism and a commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive school environment.

Job Description

• Full time
• M-F
• 8:10am-3:20pm
• 37.5 hours per week
• September 3, 2024 - June 27, 2025
• K-5th caseload
• Working with students with Autism
• 1 school site to service

Job Requirements

• Master's level degree in Social Work
• Licensed to practice in the state of Michigan
• 310 Certification
• Reliable Transportation
• Low-Incidence experience
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check

Interview Process

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
• 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
