Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Description:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position in Midland, WA. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior therapy services to students with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role is critical in implementing behavior intervention plans and ensuring that students receive the support they need to thrive in their educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Collect data on student progress and behavior during sessions.
• Assist with the development of instructional materials and visual supports.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other team members to support student goals.
• Provide one-on-one support to students to improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behavior.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices in behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification.
• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, compassion, and a strong commitment to helping students succeed.
