We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Warehouse Analyst based in Acton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be instrumental in refining data warehouse processes, creating visual dashboards, and ensuring seamless data migration. This position is primarily focused on data warehousing within the technology industry and will require proficiency in various data management tools.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize MS Power BI and MS Power App for data warehousing tasks, including the creation and refinement of dashboards.
• Leverage knowledge of Snowflake to improve data warehouse space and optimize data storage.
• Connect Power BI to write back into Snowflake using Power App for efficient data manipulation and retrieval.
• Assist in developing new tabular and visual dashboards to enhance data interpretation and decision making.
• Manage data migration from SQL server applications databases into our Snowflake environment using Matillion or a similar ETL tool.
• Employ SSIS depending on the data source for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the data warehouse by monitoring and updating customer records as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Process customer credit applications with precision and speed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Data Warehouse Analyst.
• Proven knowledge and experience with databases.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) is required.
• Prior experience with Data Warehousing is necessary.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a must.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps is desired.
• Experience in working with Snowflake would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server is expected.
• Prior experience with Matillion is valued.
• Knowledge and experience with SSIS are required.
