Our client is looking for a digital analyst to join their team! This is a year long contract with the potential for an extension or to be hired on full time.
This position will sit within the digital marketing team. This team is focused on the large brands- Whirlpool, Maytag and KitchenAid.
FUNCTION OVERVIEW
The Digital Analytics Specialist will report to the Digital Analytics Analyst on the E-commerce & Digital Marketing team. This team is looking to stand up single source of truth disciplines leveraging Tableau for visualization.
A successful candidate for this role will leverage his or her experience to build, publish & maintain analytics reports, conduct recurring web reporting to monitor and drive KPIs, and proactively develop site performance reports and analysis, highlighting observations and business context to deliver actionable recommendations.
Overall the candidate must quickly learn and understand the objectives of our program and its impact on the business. Critical thinking and hands on keyboard experience with data and data platforms are a must. The candidate must be a highly motivated, positive, organized self-starter who can work well with a variety of tasks and adapt quickly to different business needs and projects.
Job Requirements
Build, publish and maintain distribution of analytics reports including contextualization.
Conduct recurring web reporting to monitor and drive KPIs. Proactively develop site performance reports and analysis, highlight observations and business context to deliver actionable recommendations
Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables that meet expectations while balancing business needs with the appropriate level of analytical rigor
Partner with IT, Marketing and Operations team to help identify and resolve data gaps, source issues, and data inaccuracies
Ability to work with multiple tasks in an organized way
Implement architectural data solutions and assist in evolving our data platform
Help users access and understand the data and metrics in Adobe Analytics and other marketing data sources
Develop appropriate new metrics to be used across the business
Build ad hoc reports for various stakeholders
MUST HAVES SKILLS
Experience working with digital data (web analytics, digital marketing) data is a must have
Experience in marketing data analysis and data debrief (i.e. media) - ability to create reports/dashboards
2+ years experience with Adobe Analytics / Comparable Analytics Platform
DESIRED
4+ years’ experience with web analytics (Adobe Analytics, Coremetrics, Google Analytics) combined with very strong Excel skills
Experience in Adobe Data Warehouse and Workspace
Knowledge over Adobe stack (i.e. AAM, Target, Campaign)
EDUCATION
Degree preferred. Required for conversion
