We are in search of a Entry level Financial Analyst to join our team based in Darien, Connecticut. Your role will primarily encompass supporting financial reporting and analysis, operational reporting, cash management/treasury and reporting. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of preparing financial plans and forecasts, analyzing financial trends, and managing finance and planning systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial reporting and analysis, operational reporting, and cash management/treasury and reporting.

• Develop monthly, annual, and multi-year plans and forecasts for total and location P& Ls.

• Perform financial trend analysis to identify variances and their causes.

• Conduct monthly financial statement flux analysis.

• Compare and report actual vs. planned figures for consolidated & location P& Ls, balance sheets & cashflows.

• Prepare lender materials and compliance certificates.

• Carry out revenue cycle, payor, procedure rate and volume analysis.

• Serve as a finance and planning systems subject matter expert.

• Show interest and involvement in the IT aspect of Finance and Data warehouse.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other analysis tools to process and analyze data.

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including understanding of advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
