We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our team in San Juan Capistrano, California. In this role, you will be involved in managing various aspects of our marketing analytics and reporting, while also assisting with account and creative management. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and is an integral part of our team, requiring strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing accounts and creative aspects, ensuring all areas are working in synergy.
• Handle analytics and reporting, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics to track Key Performance Indicators.
• Act as a liaison with our clients, communicating effectively both internally and externally.
• Coordinate email deployments, ensuring attention to detail and proofreading before they are sent out.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to its full potential, including functions such as pivot tables, sort functions, and vlook ups.
• Take initiative and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Contribute to marketing coordination efforts.
• Be flexible and open to growth and learning, while being a nimble team player.
• Embrace a fast-paced and deadline-oriented atmosphere, maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Analyze data and creative details, providing insights to improve marketing efforts.• Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
