What You'll Do:

• Process and pay invoices efficiently, ensuring accurate billing.
• Be a hawk for discrepancies: verify vendor invoices and resolve any issues.
• Maintain meticulous records of accounts payable transactions.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, resolving billing discrepancies and reconciling accounts.
• Contribute to a smooth month-end closing by reconciling accounts payable to the general ledger.
• Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer.
• Ensure vendor information is accurate and up-to-date in the accounting system.
• Tackle special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

• You have 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and a passion for accuracy.
• You're a whiz with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• You have a keen eye for detail and thrive in an independent work environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are your forte.
• You prioritize effectively and meet deadlines with a smile, even under pressure.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus!
