What You'll Do:- Process and pay invoices efficiently, ensuring accurate billing.
- Be a hawk for discrepancies: verify vendor invoices and resolve any issues.
- Maintain meticulous records of accounts payable transactions.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, resolving billing discrepancies and reconciling accounts.
- Contribute to a smooth month-end closing by reconciling accounts payable to the general ledger.
- Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer.
- Ensure vendor information is accurate and up-to-date in the accounting system.
- Tackle special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Who You Are:- You have 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and a passion for accuracy.
- You're a whiz with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- You have a keen eye for detail and thrive in an independent work environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are your forte.
- You prioritize effectively and meet deadlines with a smile, even under pressure.
Bonus Points:- Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus!
The Perks:- Competitive pay: $22 - $24 per hour.

- Stable work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
