This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, where you will be tasked with handling customer service-related tasks in a hybrid workplace setting.
Responsibilities:
• Fluent in Korean language to cater to a diverse customer base
• Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls as needed
• Documenting all calls for record-keeping and future reference
• Assisting members with their queries and scheduling their appointments
• Data entry and order entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Corresponding with customers through email and other platforms as needed
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action as required
• Availability to work on a varied schedule from Sunday to Saturday, while adhering to a five-day workweek.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role within the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industry.
