We are looking for an Accounting Services Manager that would like to join our team! We are a small CPA firm consisting of about 15 team members currently and are looking to expand our accounting services department.

Compensation depends on education and experience - but base compensation would be between $85,000 to $125,000 for a full-time salaried individual (with benefits). In addition, the candidate would be eligible for signing and retention bonuses, commissions, bonuses, and other merit-based compensation.

The ideal candidate will have many, but not necessarily all, the following requirements:

1. Current CPA license

2. Three or more years or more of public accounting experience

3. Enjoys working both autonomously and as a team to complete assignments.

4. Enjoys client interactions (In person, by phone, and by video conference)

5. Proficient (or better) in Microsoft Excel

6. Enjoys solving problems independently where possible, but also is willing to ask for help before getting too deep into an unfamiliar situation.

7. Enjoys helping clients and fellow team members solve problems and reduce time consuming processes.

8. Experience in controller, or CFO roles with a variety of businesses

9. Experience in client onboarding and practice development

Work location(s):

• Our office is located in south Salt Lake County (Draper Utah)

• Currently our team members are working approximately 30 to 40% from home and the other 60 to 70% at our office or at client locations; according to their needs and preferences.

• QuickBooks: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPA License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Draper, UT 84020: Relocate before starting work (Required)
