Our long-term client is hiring a Bilingual Recruiting Specialist to support its rapid growth. Due to the current demand for its services, the recruitment team is looking to bring on additional support to help attract quality talent in the environmental and services industry. Work model:
- Hybrid
What you will do:
- Provide analysis of recruiting issues and identify solutions
- Manage the recruitment process for divisions
- Work with managers to understand hiring needs
- Create job requisitions and assist with job postings and advertising
- Identify and implement effective recruiting methods and strategies
- Screen candidates over the phone for the first round of interviews
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or other related field
- 1+ year of recruitment or recruitment-related experience
- Fluent in Spanish
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Ability to attend job and college fairs as needed
