Responsibilities

As a Service Coordinator, you'll play an integral role in the success of our service centers and have the opportunity to:

• Handle all incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls, call status tracking and call changes, and handling all general enquiries.
• Create and dispatch work orders daily for scheduling of service and planned maintenance.
• Accurately and promptly enter work order POs and process the orders.
• Procure parts and/or materials for service work orders.
• Assist in special projects or complete other tasks as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of 2 or more years of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Have exceptional customer focus, with the ability to work under pressure, meet customer needs proactively, and maintain attention to detail.
• Possess strong computer and technology skills.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is an hourly wage. Wage is determined by evaluating the candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear. In addition, the employee is frequently required to use hands to write documents, operate a computer, and perform similar office tasks. The employee is required to be mobile within the RDD office and warehouse. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds when carrying product samples, demonstration kits, office files, packages, parts, etc. The employee may be occasionally required to climb stairs and ladders. Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to view computer screens and documents and the ability to adjust focus. Protective Clothing Required: Closed toed shoes required. Safety glasses and steel toed shoes required when / if working in warehouse or field. Hardhat, ear protection, and other job site specific PPE might be required.
