Job Title: Occupational Therapist Service Coordinator (OTSC)

Schedule: Monday- Friday - Day Shift
Compensation: $84,000 Per Year
Job Summary:
Crossroads Continuum is seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist Service Coordinator (OTSC) to lead our occupational therapy services in Massachusetts. In this role, you will develop and implement OT goals within Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet the diverse needs of our students. As the OTSC, you will supervise Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), ensuring systematic evaluations of student progress and continuous programmatic improvements. Your responsibilities will include providing both direct and consultative OT services, leveraging Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to enhance student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy goals within students’ IEPs.
- Supervise OTs and COTAs, providing guidance, feedback, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students' OT needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in IEP meetings, training sessions, and professional conferences.
- Assist with vocational training and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), fostering student independence.
- Ensure the OT and Life Skills rooms are well-organized and conducive to effective therapy sessions.
- Maintain open communication with parents, staff, and supervisors regarding students' OT needs and progress.
- Support ongoing staff training and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Massachusetts OT license and National Board certification.
- Preferred: Behavior analytic certification and licensure.
- At least 2 years of experience in OT and supervisory roles, preferably in autism, education, or ABA settings.
- Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, pivot, squat, kneel, and move quickly to intervene as necessary.
- Completion of CALM training, including specific physical requirements.
