JOB TITLE: Employee Benefits Client Service Coordinator

SFI Advisors’ Corporate Services Division delivers Employee Benefit Consulting and Brokerage Services to middle market companies across the United States. We are looking to grow our commitment to clients by adding an experienced, client focused account manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The main goal and function of an Employee Benefits Client Service Coordinator is to assist the client service team in the support and management of new and existing Corporate Benefit Client accounts. You will support a book of business consisting of mostly middle market accounts.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to clients, both directly and by other members of the service team
• Communicate closely with Advisors and act as key liaison with clients to assess needs and provide solutions
• Oversee, facilitate, and execute new/renewal marketing efforts
• Design detailed analyses and presentations for prospect/client meetings
• Develop educational materials including Benefit Enrollment Guides
• Review SPD’s and agreements/contracts for accuracy
• Assist clients with resources relative to HIPAA, COBRA, FLEX, ERISA, etc.
• Handle any claim resolutions and plan administration challenges
• Filing, file set-up, file maintenance in firm CRM and electronic client file structure
• Manage Open Enrollment data transmission Vendor efforts

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years previous insurance industry experience in working directly with Employee Benefits
• Excellent presentation, written, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
• Ability to work in coordination with other team members
• A Passion for exceeding client expectations
