Technical Skills

• Hardware analysis skill set for Dell or other vendors

Additional Details:

• Weekly Mileage: No regular driving required, but potential need to assist other areas may arise. Mileage during the workday will be reimbursed per standard Unisys mileage policy.
• Driving Compensation: Travel to and from work is not compensated.

Job Description:

As a Field Engineer 4, you will work in a structured environment where assignments include tasks such as:

• Replaceable unit swapping
• Image loading
• Unit testing following detailed scripts
• Performing other non-troubleshooting duties under the direction of a help desk, service desk, or scripts in a Next Business Day (NBD) or Same Business Day (SBD) service delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle service requests to repair laptops and desktops.
• Execute repair activities, including replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
• Perform whole unit swaps and repair/replace PC peripherals.

Required Skills:

• Dell Desktop PC Install/Support (Expert level)
• A+ Certification: Preferred, but not required.

Work Hours:

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 40 hours per week (hours not guaranteed)
