In this role, you will partner with a senior producer to manage middle-market accounts, including non-profit, manufacturing, and property sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of middle-market commercial accounts, with a focus on sectors such as manufacturing, non-profits, and property.
• Work closely with the Producer and a commercial assistant to manage an established book of business effectively.
• Drive the renewal marketing process with carriers and wholesale brokerages, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with Carrier Market Underwriters.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a California brokerage managing commercial insurance accounts
• Previous middle market account experience handling non-profits, manufacturing, property is a plus
• Proficient with Applied EPIC agency management system is a plus
• California Property and Casualty License is required
