Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing commercial lines coverage, providing excellent account management, offering top-notch customer service, handling employee benefits, and overseeing various insurance policies. While the role is primarily located in Fayetteville, AR, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Property and Casualty Insurance License
Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance expertise
Account Management and Customer Service skills
Experience with Employee Benefits
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Knowledge of insurance regulations and policies
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Applied EPIC)
A Bachelor's degree in Risk and Insurance or related is preferred
