What you will do:

• Provide superior customer service to current and prospective clients
• Manage multiple requests in a timely and complete manner
• Educate and collaborate with clients to ensure accuracy in submittals to carriers
• Process changes, transfers, and renewals as needed
• Assist producers in the placement of new business by being a subject matter expert
• Maintain accurate records of client policies and activities through processes
• Navigate various sources of information and input into appropriate systems

What you will need to be successful:

• Commercial Lines experience required
• Experience in a customer service capacity
• Obtain and maintain a personal State of Iowa Property & Casualty insurance license
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Passion for a team environment
